Our Mission
Best Care Staffing Group provides a structured, trauma‑informed residential program for children and adolescents ages 12 – 17 who require behavioral health stabilization, therapeutic support, and skill development in a safe, nurturing environment. The facility operates under the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) standards.
Our Goal is To help each youth achieve emotional stability, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and transition successfully to a less restrictive environment or home setting.


Continuous monitoring by trained behavioral health technicians and nursing staff to ensure safety and emotional stability.


Daily therapeutic groups focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and peer support.
Licensed clinicians provide evidence‑based interventions addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics.

Case Management:
Coordination of care, discharge planning, and linkage to community resources and outpatient services.

Inclusive care that respects each youth’s background, identity, and lived experience.

Structured activities promoting personal responsibility, academic engagement, and social development.

Art, music, and physical activities designed to enhance self‑expression and resilience.

A History and Physical is a comprehensive medical assessment performed by a qualified healthcare provider that includes a review of an individual's medical history, current health status, medications, and a physical examination. The H&P helps identify healthcare needs, supports treatment planning, and ensures the individual's health and safety are appropriately monitored.
Documentation of the individual's recent therapeutic services, including treatment participation, clinical observations, progress toward goals, current behavioral health status, and any significant concerns or recommendations to support continuity of care and treatment planning.
Documentation of recent nursing observations, medication administration and adherence, side effects, health status changes, nursing interventions, and other relevant clinical information to support continuity of care and safe treatment planning.
A complete record of all current prescribed medications, including dosages, schedules, prescribing providers, and medication administration history. This documentation helps ensure accurate medication reconciliation, continuity of care, and safe treatment planning.
A comprehensive clinical evaluation completed by a qualified behavioral health professional that outlines psychiatric diagnoses, current symptoms, mental health history, treatment recommendations, medication information, and other relevant clinical findings to support continuity of care and individualized treatment planning.
A clinical summary outlining the individual's treatment course, diagnoses, progress, medications, discharge status, and recommended follow-up care. This information supports continuity of care and helps ensure a safe and effective transition into services.
